* Please note booking is not confirmed until you receive our branded Appointment Reminder email from, which may take up to 24 hours outside of normal opening hours.

Payment: We welcome both insurance and self funding patients.

Insurance Patients: We invoice your insurance company directly. All insurance patients must ensure they provide us with their Membership/Policy number and authorisation code BEFORE their first appointment or you will be liable for any charges. This information can be submitted in the notes box at the end of your online booking.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not give adequate notice you will incur a 100% charge for the missed appointment. You are not able to cancel through the online booking platform and must contact us directly to make any changes to your appointment.
